The Difference

The difference between Yoga and Yoga Therapy is that Yoga is practice based and Yoga Therapy is treatment based. Yoga is usually taught in a group or a class, Yoga therapy is instructed on a one to one basis with a purpose of assisting healing a specific condition or disorder. Yoga Therapy is often prescribed by health professionals and is usually delivered as a course of weekly sessions. Yoga therapist are highly experienced and qualified.

Yoga Therapy personal plans are an effective way of getting your life back on track. We will complete a comprehensive assessment, followed by a customised plan for each of our clients. Combining the use of multiple modalities such as Mindfulness, Yoga, Ayurveda, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and even Hypnotherapy. The wellbeing of the whole person is our goal. We support clients with physical and mental barriers to good health.

Personal yoga programmes ranging from 4 to 16 weeks.
